Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a national Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) for students in Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) education, offering resources and opportunities to pursue careers supporting families. Since 1945, FCCLA members have addressed personal, work, and societal issues, focusing on youth concerns such as parenting, family relationships, substance abuse, sustainability, and career preparation within four Career Pathways. With over 244,000 members across 5,300 chapters, FCCLA fosters leadership, life skills, and community impact, helping students develop essential abilities like planning, problem-solving, and effective communication for success in both home and workplace settings.
